เอกสารการศึกษาฉบบั น้ีเป็นเอกสารซ่ึงจดั ทา ข้ึนในแบบเอกสารการศึกษาอิสระ ซ่ึง
เป็นเอกสารประจ าภาคการศึกษา หลักสูตรเสนาธิการทหาร รุ่นที่ ๕๑ จึงมีรูปแบบและการน าเสนอ
ที่ต่างจากเอกสารวิจัย ซึ่งหลักสูตรเสนาธิการทหารรุ่นก่อนๆได้กระท ามา
การศึกษาในคร้ังน้ี เป็นการคัดเลือกหลักธรรมทางพุทธศาสนาจากพระสุตตันตปิ ฎก
ฉบับที่ ๑ ถึง ฉบับที่ ๕ จากท้งัหมด ๒๕ ฉบบั โดยคัดเฉพาะหลักธรรมที่เหมาะสมส าหรับวิถีชีวิต
ของฆราวาส เพื่อให้ฆราวาสสามารถน าไปประพฤติปฏิบัติได้ โดยมุ่งหวังให้ข้าราชการทหารน าไป
เป็นหลักในการประพฤติปฏิบัติตน เพื่อให้เกิดผลดีต่อการปฏิบัติราชการและในชีวิตส่วนตน ท้งัน้ี
ผู้ศึกษาได้แบ่งประเภทของหลักธรรมที่คัดเลือกไว้ออกเป็น ๔ ประเภท คือ หลักธรรมที่เสริมสร้าง
ความมนั่ คงให้กับประเทศ หลักธรรมที่เหมาะสมส าหรับการปฏิบัติราชการ หลักธรรมที่เหมาะสม
ส าหรับการด าเนินชีวิต และหลักธรรมที่ข้าราชการทหารควรทราบ โดยรวบรวมไว้ในแต่ละบท
ของเอกสาร ซึ่งผู้ศึกษาไดต้้งัชื่อก ากับไว้เฉพาะบทเพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการน าไปประยุกต์ใช้ รวมท้งัได้
วิเคราะห์หลักธรรมเหล่าน้นั พร้อมท้งัวิธีการน าไปใชไ้วป้ระจา ทุกบท ส าหรับผู้ที่สนใจจะน าธรรม
เหล่าน้ีไปปฏิบัติอย่างแท้จริง ผลจากการศึกษาคร้ังน้ีพบว่า มีหลักธรรมที่เหมาะสมกับการแก้ไขปัญหาความขัดแย้ง
ที่เกิดข้ึนในปัจจุบนั และพบว่ามีหลักธรรมที่สามารถน าไปประยุกต์ใช้กับข้าราชการทหารได้.

ABSTRACT
Title : The Application of Buddha’s Doctrine ( The Suttantapitaka )
for Thai Military officers

The research was an independent study which was considered to be the
semester document of Joint Staff College Course , Class 51 . Its pattern and
presentation has completely differed from the general former thesis of students of Joint
Staff College Course has ever been done .
This research was done to select Buddhist topics from Buddha’s Doctrine
( Suttantapitaka ), 1-5 edition, total 25 editions by mean of selection the best suitable
doctrines for general civilian’s lifestyles . The specific purpose was to suggest the
military personnel apply in their daily lives of both military and private missions .
Therefore, the researcher has divided the suitable selected doctrines into 4 types of
doctrines including the encouragement for national security, suitable military operation ,
proceeding their lives and for the military personnel should realize and clearly
understand. The collection was done through each section of the document and entitled
the specific name . So, this was applied to use more easily including such doctrine analysis and applying for every section. Then, these advantage was created for those
who were interested in applying selected doctrines to conduct really and usefully.
The results found that the suitable Buddha’s Doctrine was applied to solve
the conflict problems in the current time and also, the military personnel can apply to
behave in their daily lives as well .
