ABSTRACT
Title : The Satisfaction of the officers and employee’s working performance
in Joint Staff College, National Defence studies Institute

The objectives of the research entitled “The Satisfaction of the officers and
employee’s working performance in Joint Staff College, National Defence Studies
Institute” were to study the satisfaction of the officers and employee’s working
performance in Joint Staff College by classifying into various factors including age,
rank, working period, educational level, income per month , position which related the
satisfaction of the officers and employee’s working performance in Joint Staff College,
National Defence Studies Institute . The sampling groups was
134 officers and employees in the unit .
The results found that the officers and employee in Joint Staff College Unit
were satisfy the performance responsibility and characters of job at the high level. Due
to the specific military job characters . They must have high responsibility, unity ,
principle of understanding and helping team to accomplish various military missions.
They paid high attention for the working jobs and characters of jobs . The average mean statistical value of position , military advance , working environment ,
commander relationship, welfare and pay rate at medium level .
The recommendation was the study of satisfaction of the officers in other unit who
have worked under control of the Royal Thai Armed Forces. The involving
information should be compared to be the usefulness of human resources improvement
in the Royal Thai Armed Forces really and completely .
