ผูน้ า ทางทหารของไทย นบัว่าเป็นผูม้ บีทบาทส าคญั ยิ่งต่อทิศทางการเมืองภายในประเทศ
นบั ต้งัแต่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครอง ต้งัแต่ ปี ฑ.ศ.๒๔๗๕ เป็นตน้ มา ไม่ว่าจะทางตรงหรือ
ทางอ้อม ทางตรงก็คือ การเป็นผู้น าปฏิวัติรัฐประหาร แลว้กจ็ดั ต้งัรัฐบาลข้ึนมาบริหารประเทศ ดา รง
ตา แหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีหรือ ทางออ้ม โดยการจดัต้งัรัฐบาลข้ึนมาบริหารประเทศแลว้เช้ือเชิญบุคคลพล
เรือนที่มีชื่อเสียง มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และเป็นคนที่ผู้น าทางทหารไว้วางใจให้มารับต าแหน่ง

การศึกษาวิจัยในเรื่องน้ี เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้นายทหารระดบัล่าง ซ่ึงต่อไปอาจเติบโตข้ึนเป็น
ผู้น าทางทหารในอนาคต ได้ใช้เป็นบทเรียนเพื่อศึกษาถึงผลกระทบต่อกองทัพ ซึ่งที่ผ่านมาในอดีต ก็เป็น
กรณีศึกษาแก่ทหารรุ่นปัจจุบันแล้วถึงการด าเนินการของผู้น าทางทหารว่ามีผลดี ผลเสียต่อกองทัพอย่างไร
วิธีดา เนินการศึกษา เป็นการศึกษาวิเคราะหเ์หตุการณ์ที่เกิดข้ึนจริง ตามประวตัิศาสตร์ ที่
เกิดข้ึนจริง บุคคลทวั่ ไปสามารถรับรู้ขอ้มูล ข่าวสาร ตามแหล่งความรู้ทวั่ ไป ท้งัหนงัสือพิมพ์ และ
บทความต่างๆ นอกจากน้ียงัอา้งอิงจากเอกสารที่บุคคลที่มีความรู้ไดเ้ขียนไว้
การก าหนดขอบเขตไว้ว่า ในห้วงทศวรรษหน้า (๒๕๕๓ – ๒๕๖๓) บทบาทของผู้น าทาง
ทหาร จะเป็นเช่นไรน้นั ผูเ้ขียนมองว่าวฒั นธรรมของคนไทยเป็นสังคมอุปถมั ภ์ มีการชว่ ยเหลือเก้ือกูล
เอ้ืออาทรต่อกนั นอกจากน้ียงัมีสถาบนั พระมหากษตัริย์เป็นทยี่ ึดเหนี่ยวให้คนไทยทุกคน ตระหนกัใน
ความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบัน ผู้น ากองทัพไม่ว่าในอดีต หรือในอนาคต (๒๕๕๓ – ๒๕๖๓) ก็จะต้องยึด
เอาสถาบนั เป็นหลกั ความมนั่ คงของสถาบนั พระมหากษตัริย์ตอ้งเทดิทูนไวเ้หนืออื่นใด เพราะรัฐบาล
เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ แต่สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ต้องอยู่คู่ประเทศไทยตลอดไปABSTRACT

The Thai military leaders were considered the most important roles towards
Political Direction in Thailand During B.E. 2553 - 2563 since our government has
been changed in 1932 .Both direct and indirect way, for the direct way was the leader
of the Coup d’etat or the demonstration or riot took place. The government was
formed to govern the nation and the leader was the Prime Minister or a person who
was famous, intelligent, comprised of his high knowledge and high ability then he was
selected and appointed to be the reliable and trustful person among military leaders to
be selected our Prime Minister .
This research was the guideline for the lower level of military officers who
would be progress to be the important leaders in the coming future and considered to
be the special lessons to study the past effects towards the army. Such cases used to be
the study cases for the current generation of military officers for the proceeding
performances which affected the army in the aspects of their advantages or
disadvantages .
The methodology was done through the real situations according to their real
history . Thus, the general people were able to receive the information by means of general
knowledge resources such as newspaper and articles . Besides , the reference was inferred from the documents written by educators and academic groups as well .
The involving scope was limited that during the next decade (2010-2020),
how about the military leaders’ role will be shown . The researcher has considered that
Thai culture was the patronage society , everyone helped each other . The most
important thing was the King institute was still the highest position which gathered all
Thai people to realize and stick together with their pure heart and paid great loyalty to
our Great king forever. Consequently , Thai military leaders should seize this sacred
institute. The security of King must be adored and accepted above any other supreme
power since our government easily changed but of course , the King institute was the
most important thing and existed with Thailand eternally.
