ในห้วงที่ผ่านมา ประเทศไทยประสบกับสถานการณ์ซึ่งถือเป็นปัญหาวิกฤติส่งผลกระทบ
ในดา้นความมนั่ คงหลายสถานการณ์ ที่เห็นไดอ้ย่างเด่นชดั ไดแ้ก่ สถานการณ์ก่อความไม่สงบใน
จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ซ่ึงเริ่มประทุข้ึนมาอีกคร้ังต้งัแต่ปลายปี๒๕๔๗ เป็นตน้ มา หลังจากที่เคย
สงบสุขมาได้ในห้วงเวลาหนึ่ง รัฐบาลได้พยายามหาหนทางในการแก้ไขมีการลองผิดลองถูกจนท า
ให้ต้องสูญเสียชีวิต และทรัพย์สินของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐรวมถึงประชาชนเป็นจ านวนมาก สถานการณ์
ต่อมา คือการชุมนุมประท้วงของกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ในพ้ืนที่กรุงเทพมหานครซ่ึงเกิดข้ึนอย่างต่อเนื่องและ
ขยายไปยังจังหวัดส าคัญจนบานปลายก่อให้เกิดความแตกแยกของคนในชาติข้ึน การชุมนุมของ
บางกลุ่มได้มีการล่วงละเมิดสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ บางกลุ่มปิ ดท่าอากาสยานนานาชาติสร้างความ
เดือดร้อนให้กับผู้ที่เดินทางท้งัชาวไทยและต่างประเทศยังผลให้ธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวของประเทศต้อง
ซบเซา บางกลุ่มปิ ดถนนซึ่งเป็นปมคมนาคมย่านธุรกิจส าคัญ ท าให้เศรษฐกิจของชาติได้รับ
ผลกระทบเสียหายเป็นอย่างมาก การชุมนุมไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่เคยประกาศไว้ก่อนการชุมนุม
มีการสะสมอาวุธของกลุ่มที่แอบแฝงสร้างสถานการณ์ ลอบท าร้ายเจ้าหน้าที่และผู้เข้าชุมนุม เมื่อ
แกนน าไม่สามารถควบคุมมวลชนของตนเองเอาไว้ได้ท าให้มีการโจรกรรมและเผาท าลายทรัพย์สินอาคารสถานที่ราชการ ห้างร้าน ได้รับความเสียหายอย่างมหาศาล จนน าไปสู่การจราจลซึ่งภาครัฐ
ต้องใช้ก าลังเข้าขอพ้ืนที่การชุมนุมคืนหรือสลายการชุมนุมท าให้มีผู้เสียชีวิตและบาดเจ็บเป็นจ านวน
มากท้งัฝ่ายเจา้หนา้ที่รัฐและฝ่ ายผู้ชุมนุม
จากตัวอย่างสถานการณ์ที่เกิดข้ึน ได้มีการเสนอแนวความคิดจากหลาย ๆ ฝ่ ายถึง
มาตรการในการป้องกันแก้ไข และแนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์ให้กับคนรุ่นใหม่
โดยให้มีการเรียนรู้จากประวัติศาสตร์ชาติไทยก็ได้รับการตอบรับเป็ นอย่างดีจากทุกฝ่ าย การได้
เรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ของชาติช่วยให้เกิดการกระตุ้นจิตส านึกที่เกิดเป็ นอุดมการณ์ในเรื่องของความ
รักและหวงแหนสถาบันหลักของชาติ ความจงรักภักดี ความสามัคคี ความเสียสละ ความกล้า
หาญ และ ความภาคภูมิใจในประเพณี วัฒนธรรมที่บ่งบอกถึงความเป็ นเอกลักษณ์ประจ าชาติซึ่ ง
หากทุกคนมีจิตส านึกตามที่กล่าวแล้วย่อมเป็นการยากที่จะถูกกลุ่มใดกลุ่มหนึ่งมาชักชวนโน้ม
น้าวให้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่จะส่งผลกระทบต่อความมนั่ คงของชาติ ผู้วิจัยจึงเล็งเห็นว่าหากต้องการ
ให้การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่ก่อให้เกิดความแตกแยกของคนในชาติมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงควรมี
การศึกษาวิชาประวัติศาสตร์ไทยในหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนกิจการพลเรือน กรมกิจการพลเรือน
ทหารบก ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นแหล่งผลิตบุคลากรด้านกิจการพลเรือนของกองทัพบกเพื่อไปช่วยขยายผลการ
เสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์ให้กับคนในชาติได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
การวิจยัเรื่องน้ีผูว้ิจยักา หนดวตัถุประสงคไ์ว้๓ ประการคือเพื่อศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ไทย
และการเสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์ เพื่อศึกษาการเสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์จากการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ไทย
และ เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์การเสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์จากการเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ไทยในหลักสูตร
ของโรงเรียนกิจการพลเรือน กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารบก ในปี งบประมาณ ๒๕๕๓
วิธีด าเนินการเป็ นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) และน าเสนอผลการวิจัย
ในเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive) ตามหลักเกณฑ์ทางวิชาการโดยผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลข่าวสารและ
ข้อเท็จจริงต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหัวข้อการวิจัย เพื่อน ามาวิเคราะห์ เปรียบเทียบ และหาแนวทางความ
เป็นไปได้ ท้งัน้ีผลจากการวิจัยส่วนใหญ่สอดคล้องตรงกับวัตถุประสงค์ที่ต้งัไว้
สรุปผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยน้นั จะเห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาประวัติศาสตร์ไทย
สอดแทรกไว้ในทุกหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนกิจการพลเรือน กรมกิจการพลเรือนทหารบก และพัฒนา
สื่อการเรียนการสอน พร้อมกับเทคนิคการน าเสนอที่เหมาะสมช่วยให้ผู้ที่เข้ารับการศึกษาได้เรียนรู้
ประวัติศาสตร์ชาติไทยจากผู้มีเทคนิค และประสบการณ์ในการสอนซึ่งอาจจะไม่จ าเป็ นต้องเรียนใน
รายละเอียดของประวัติศาสตร์ท้งัหมด แต่ได้เรียนรู้ท้ังเทคนิควิธีการในการถ่ายทอดที่จะทา ให้
ผูเ้รียนเขา้ใจอย่างลึกซ้ึงไดง้่ายข้ึน สามารถที่จะเลือกเอาเหตุการณ์ส าคัญในทางประวัติศาสตร์ห้วง
ใดห้วงหนึ่งมาเป็นบทเรียนเพื่อสร้างจิตส านึกให้เกิดอุดมการณ์ตามที่ต้องการน าไปเป็นแนวทางเพื่อใช้ขยายผลต่อไป ในขณะเดียวกันยงัเป็นการเพิ่มพูนประสบการณ์และความชา นาญให้กับ
ครูผู้สอนในการค้นคว้าหาเทคนิคใหม่ ๆ มาสอนอีกด้วยนับได้ว่าเป็นประโยชน์ท้งัครูผูส้อนและ
ผู้รับการศึกษา
ผู้วิจัยได้ให้ข้อมูลเพื่อเป็นข้อสังเกตุเอาไว้ว่าในการวิจัยเรื่องการเสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์จาก
การเรียนรู้ประวัติสาสตรืไทยในหลักสูตรของโรงเรียนกิจการพลเรือนฯ ขอบเขตเรื่องที่ท าการวิจัย
ค่อนข้างแคบ การเสริมสร้างอุดมการณ์กระท าภายใต้การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสารของสื่อแขนงต่าง ๆ
ซึ่งมีหลากหลายและมีบทบาทส าคญั เป็นอย่างยิ่งในการเลือกบริโภคข่าวสารของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และ
ประการสุดท้าย อุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองในปัจจุบนั น้นั มีการเปิ ดให้แสดงความคิดเห็นและเลือกที่จะ
เชื่อถือแนวความคิดของพรรคการเมืองอย่างกว้างขวาง พร้อมท้งัไดเ้สนอแนะให้เลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
ที่เป็นประชาชนทวั่ ไปเพื่อสะทอ้ นผลการวิจยัว่ามีผลสัมฤทธ์ิมากนอ้ยเพียงใด เพื่อให้ผู้ที่สนใจจะท า
การวิจัยเกี่ยวกับเรื่องดังกล่าวได้ใชเ้ป็นขอ้มูลพ้ืนฐานในการท าวิจัยในโอกาสต่อไป

For the past period, Thailand has encountered the serious crisis phenomenon which
affected our national securities . For the most obvious event , we can accept that the disturbance
and violent situation among Southern Provinces in Thailand has evolved since the end of 2004 .
For the short period of peacefulness, the government extremely tried hard to solve suck serious
problems . They seek whether true or false method to recover all involving crisis situation, we had
lost numbers of people lives and properties of Thai people and government officers . Later,
demonstrations from various groups of people paid very important role in Bangkok, metropolitan
area occurred continually and extensively . Consequently, the violence seem to enlarge into
essential provinces caused great conflicts among Thai people . The demonstration of many groups
led into separation and division of Thai people’s opinion seriously . The demonstration seem to
infringe our supreme King Institute, some demonstrator groups blocked Suvannabhumi
International Airport caused troubles and damage for both domestic and foreign passengers , Then
tourism business was seriously declined . Some demonstrator groups blocks main avenue around
business area affected national economics . The demonstration was unusual since it was against
the protest principles which they has announced their specific plans before real action. Weapons
proliferation was hidden behind , sometimes they attacked and hurt the state officers and innocent
Thai people as well . Since, the leaders of the demonstration had inability to stop or control their crazy mob . The robbery and burning official building offices and department stores happened in
many strategic spots caused huge damage and big scandal in Bangkok and metropolitan area .
These horrible situation in many places led to the government took serious action to solve such
continue problems for clearing demonstration as soon as possible . Consequently, numbers of
state officers and demonstrators were injured or died intensively in such bloody bath events .
From the example of violent action , Many opinion and critics were presented to
establish the guideline for prevention and solving methods . The encourage of ideal for the new
generation should be done . Learning Thai history was recognized in every parts of Thai society .
The learning about history of your own country and to motivate the common sense and
knowledge in the aspects of national institute, loyalty, sacrifice, unity, courage and they are
proud for customers . Thai culture and tradition indicted the advance of our Thai and national
image . For everyone was in a same team so it was very difficult that someone has persuaded
them to join activities affected national securities . The researcher realized that if we wanted to
prevent and solved such mentioned problems of people in our country efficiently, the study of
Thai History subject should be existed in the Civil Affair Course , Directorate of Civil Affairs ,
RTA which was considered the important personnel resource to spread the result for Thai people
in the coming future .
The objectives of the research were 1) to study Thai history and encourage ideology
2) to study ideology from Thai history learning 3) to analyze the ideology from learning Thai
history in Civil Affair Course , Directorate of Civil Affairs , Fiscal year 2010 .Because
Directorate of Civil Affairs must practice in the real situation in the field of civil affairs for many
level of the Royal Thai Army .
This is the qualitative research and the result was described in the mean of descriptive
presentation. The researcher has gathered the involving information and all facts according to the
academic criterion to indicate the setting object and we found that the results agreed with the
setting object .
The results found that Thai History subject existed in the Civil Affair Course, Directorate
of Civil Affairs, RTA helped the students to realize our Thai History through excellent technique
and methodology of the instructors . Then they could understand the matters of subject easily and
they will choose some lesson from the subject to be their good examples and encourage the guideline in lives . Meanwhile, this was enhance their experiences and skills for the instructor .
This action gave great benefit for both students and instructors in the field of History.
The researcher concluded the issues to be the note that the details of Thai History subject
existed in the Civil Affair Course, the scope of study rather narrow . The encouragement of
ideology to spread information of various media paid very important role especially for the target
audiences. Lastly, the current political idea has opened to listen and collect different opinions of
political parties widely , The recommendation was to select the target from general Thai people
to reflect the result of the research to be the principle information for further research in the
future.
