ซึ่งการฝึ กและพัฒนาทักษะดังกล่าวในตัวก าลังพลให้สูงข้ึน สามารถพัฒนาสติปัญญา ความคิด
ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาที่ประสบจากภัยที่ขัดขวางการปฏับัติภารกิจทางทหารประจ าวัน
โดยชุดการสอนน้ีเพ่งเล็งเฉพาะภัยในพ้ืนที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ซึ่งภัยคุกคามในพ้ืนที่
มีความสลับซับซ้อนมากข้ึน มีการใช้เท คโนโลยีเข้ามาเกี่ยวข้องในการก่อเหตุร้ายและ
ก่อกวน การป ฏิบัติงาน การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีจึงมี วัตถุป ระส งค์ส ร้างชุด การส อน เพื่ อพัฒ น า
ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้กับก าลังพลของกองพันทหารม้าที่ ๒๓ รักษาพระองค์
โดยใช้ภัยคุกคามในพ้ืนที่ ๓ จังหวัดชายแด นภาคใต้เป็ นบทเรี ยน โด ยมีสมมติฐาน คือ

ประกอบด้วยก าลังพลช้นัผูบ้ งัคบั หมู่๔ นาย หัวหนา้ชุด ๘ นาย และพลทหาร จ านวน ๒๔ นาย ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตวัอย่างแบบคนช้ันภูมิเดียวกันเหมือนกันต้องมีกรอบประชากรทุกช้ันภูมิน ามา
ทดล อ งแ บ บ ก ลุ่ม ท ด ล องก ลุ่ม เดี ยว ท ด ส อ บ ก่อ นการท ด ล อ ง แล ะท ด ส อ บ ห ลังการ
ทดลองเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบวัดทักษะกระบวนการทาง
วิท ยาศ าส ต ร์ ที่ ส ร้างโด ย น ายวิชัย พ ะว งษ์(๒ ๕๓ ๖) ชุ ด การส อน เพื่ อพัฒ น าทักษ ะ
กระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ให้กับก าลังพล โดยใช้ภัยคุกคามในพ้ืนที่๓ จังหวดั ชายแดนภาคใต้
เป็นบทเรียนที่ผูว้ิจยัสร้างข้ึน วิเคราะห์หาประสิทธิภาพของชุดการสอนตามสูตร KW และประเมิน
คุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญจ านวน ๕ ท่าน ผลการวิจัยมีดังน้ีผลการเรียนด้วยชุดการสอนเพื่อพัฒนา
ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนการเรี ยน ๑๗.๐๕
คะ แ น น แล ะ มี ค ะ แน น เฉ ลี่ ยห ลังท ด ล อ ง ๒ ๔ .๖ ๙ค ะ แน น ซึ่ งสู งก ว่ าก่ อ นเรี ยน แ ล ะ
ผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรี ยนด้วยชุดการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์
ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า หลังการเรียนด้วยชุดการสอนแล้วก าลังพลกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีผลสัมฤทธิ์
ทางด้านทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๑
ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรได้มีการศึกษาวิจัยต่อเนื่องในเรื่องผลสัมฤทธิ์ ของการใชุ้ทักษะ
กระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในการแก้ปัญหาของก าลังพลที่ประสบกับภัยคุกคามในพ้ืนที่ ๓
จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ต่อไป

ABSTRACT
Title : Instructional Package Design for the Development of the Scientific
Process Skills for the Personnel of the Cavalry Squadron 23rd
King (Royal) Guard

A person with the abilities of observing, measuring, calculating, classifying,
data conclusion, and forecasting will have the ability to solve various problems. These
abilities are called the Scientific Process skills. The training and developing of the
personnel will develop their intelligence, idea, and abilities to solve problems treats
which obstruct daily military operations. This instructional package is emphasicd only
for the area in the southern provinces where there are complicated treats, using of
technology for terrorism, and obstruction the official operations.
The objective of this research is to design the instructional package for the
development of the scientific process skills for the personnel of the Cavalry Squadron
23rd King (Royal) Guard using treats in the 3 southern province areas as the learning
lesson. The hypothesis of this research is after the completion of the instructional
package for the development of the scientific process skills using treats in the 3 southern province areas as the learning lesson; the personnel should have higher scientific process
skills. The subjects of this research were the personnel of the Cavalry Squadron 23rd
King (Royal) Guard whom will be deployed to the 3 southern province areas for the
fiscal year B.E. 2553. The sample is composed of 4 cavalry troops with the total of 36
personnel which 4 troops commanders, 8 group leaders and 24 privates. This research
used a single sampling technique by testing before and after experiments. The tools for
the data collections are composed of the measuring scientific skills package by Mr.
Wichai Pawong (2536) and the instructional scientific skills package for the personnel
using treats in the 3 southern province areas as the learning lesson created by the
researcher. The analysis of the effectiveness of the instructional package by using the
KW formula and the quality assurance were conducted by 5 experts.
The results from this research indicate that the learning of the instructional
scientific skills package for the personnel has the score of 17.05 before learning and the
score of 24.69 after learning which is higher than the score before learning. The learning
achievement of the instructional scientific skills package of the subjects indicates that the
sample personnel have an achievement of the scientific skills at the highest level .01
The recommendation of this research is the continuation of the research study
for the achievement of the scientific skills for the resolution of personnel to cope with
treats and terrorisms in the 3 southern province areas.
