กองทัพอากาศมีอากาศยานบรรจุประจ าการมากมายหลายแบบ อากาศยานเหล่าน้ีจะตอ้ง
ปฏิบัติภารกิจที่ได้รับมอบได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีความปลอดภัย ซึ่งการปฏิบัติภารกิจให้มี
ประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภยั อากาศยานเหล่าน้ันต้องมีอุปกรณ์สื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีขีด
ความสามารถพร้อมทางด้านยุทธการ ไม่มีปัญหาทางด้านการซ่อมบ ารุง และมีความปลอดภัยตาม
มาตรฐานสากล แต่ปัจจุบันอากาศยานบางแบบของกองทัพอากาศยงัติดต้ังอุปกรณ์สื่อสาร
อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ยังมีปัญหาตามที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นอยู่ ส่งผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติภารกิจของอากาศ
ยานได้
เอกสารวิจัยเรื่องน้ีมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาให้ทราบถึงปัญหาของอุปกรณ์สื่อสาร
อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ติดต้งักับอากาศยานของกองทัพอากาศแต่ละแบบ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการจัดท า
แผนการปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์สื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ให้กับอากาศยานของกองทัพอากาศที่ยังมีอายุการ
ใช้งานยาวนานมากกว่า ๗ ปี โดยมีค าถามการวิจัยว่า “ในการจัดล าดับความเร่งด่วนการปรับปรุง
ของกองทพัอากาศน้นั เครื่องบินขับไล่เป็นอากาศยานที่ต้องจัดล าดับความเร่งด่วนเป็นอันดับแรก”
การวิจัยเรื่องน้ีได้ใช้ระเบียบการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา เป็นการศึกษาเฉพาะปัญหาและแนว
ทางการปรับปรุงอุปกรณ์สื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ติดต้งับนอากาศยานของกองทพั อากาศโดยการ
ค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากเอกสาร ระเบียบ ค าสั่ง ตลอดจนแนวความคิดและนโยบายของหน่วยงานที่
เกี่ยวข้องกับความจ าเป็นในการใช้งานอุปกรณ์สื่อสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์บนอากาศยาน และปัญหาใน

The Royal Thai Air Force has many typesof in service aircrafts that must perform their
assigned missions with efficiency and safety. So they must have the ready ability avionics in
tactical warfare with no maintenance problem and have international safety standard. But now,
some types of the Royal Thai Air Force aircrafts install with these problem avionics which affect
their missions.
The objective of this research is to study the avionic problems that install with each
type of the Royal Thai Air Force aircrafts to be the guideline for avionic improvement planning of
more than 7 years remainder life time aircrafts. This research question is “The first priority
arrangement of the Royal Thai Air Force aircraft avionics improvement is the fighter aircraft”
The research paper is conducted in descriptive documentary research by studying the
problems and the Royal Thai Air Force aircraft avionics improvement guideline. The data
collected from various sources such as regulations, studying orders, ideas and policies of the
aircraft avionics authorities and each type of aircraft avionics maintenanceproblems including the
interviews of the air force management and operator personnel. The research result is concluded that there are 3 types of the Royal Thai Air Force
aircraft avionicsproblems.
1. The abilities of aircraft avionics are not sufficient for tactical warfare.
2. There are some problems in avionics maintenance.
3. Some aircraft avionics do not meet the international safety standard.
Besides, the important of mission is the main decision of each aircraft avionics
improvement priority.
Recommendations
1. The Royal Thai Air Force should improve fighter aircraft avionics to keep up with
the tactical warfare requirements.
2. The Royal Thai Air Force should purchase the same aircraft which can operate
many missions.
3. Improve knowledge of the new purchasing aircraft avionics to air force personnel.
4. Install ELT and UWB 406 MHz which using satellite signal with the Royal Thai
Air Force aircrafts.
5. Improve the existing fighter aircraft avionics to be able to perform the missions
together with the new purchasing aircrafts.
6. The GPS equipment has short life time, so the purchasing and installing time must
be reduced.
