เอกสารวิจัยวิจัยฉบบั น้ีได้ทา การศึกษา กฎหมาย ระเบียบ และหลักปฏิบัติราชการ ที่
เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบงานถวายพระเกียรติยศ ของทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ฯ ตลอดจนศึกษา
ค้นคว้าการปฏิบัติงานของทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ เพื่อหาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบ ต่อ
ระบบ งาน ถว ายพ ระเกียรติยศแด่พ ระบ าทส ม เด็จพ ระเจ้าอยู่หั ว ส มเด็ จพ ระน างเจ้าฯ
พระบรมราชินีนาถ และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์ น าข้อมูลที่ได้มาประมวลผล วิเคราะห์ โดย
ต้งัสมมติฐานว่า สภาวการณ์และสภาพแวดล้อมของบ้านเมืองที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ตลอดจน
หน่วยทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ฯ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงก าลังพลตามห้วงระยะเวลาตลอดมา
ส่งผลกระทบ ต่อระบบถวายพระเกียรติยศ แด่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว สมเด็จพระนางเจ้า
พระบรมราชินีนาถ และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์ กฎหมาย ระเบียบ และหลักปฏิบัติราชการ ที่
เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบงานถวายพระเกียรติยศ ของทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ฯ ต้องมีการ
ปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้องเหมาะสมกับสภาวการณ์ และสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีเป็นลักษณะการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้ วิธีวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา โดย
รวบรวมและประมวลผลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากเอกสารงานวิจัย เอกสารทางราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ
จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ในระบบงานถวายพระเกียรติยศ
จากผลการวิจัยที่ปรากฏ ได้สนับสนุนสมมติฐานที่ได้ต้งัไวว้่า สภาวการณ์และสภาพแวดล้อม
ของบ้านเมืองที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ตลอดจนหน่วยทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ฯ มีการ
เปลี่ยนแปลงก าลังพลตามห้วงระยะเวลาตลอดมา ส่งผลกระทบ ต่อระบบถวายพระเกียรติยศ แด่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินีนาถ และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์
ดงัน้นั เมื่อมีการหมุนเวียนปรับเปลี่ยนกา ลงัพลตามวาระ จะตอ้งดา เนินการอบรมถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้
เป็ นไปตามมาตรฐาน มีการฝึ กที่สามารถสร้างทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐาน และการ
ด าเนินการดังกล่าวต้องกระท าโดยต่อเนื่องเมื่อมีโอกาสเพื่อรักษามาตรฐานตลอดเวลา เพื่อให้การ
ถวายพระเกียรติยศมีประสิทธิภาพสมพระเกียรติ
กฎหมาย ระเบียบ และหลักปฏิบัติราชการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบงานถวายพระเกียรติยศ
ของทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ฯ ได้ใช้เป็นแนวทางมานาน ต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้อง
เหมาะสมกับสภาวการณ์ ปัจจุบัน ท้ังน้ีเพราะเมื่อกาลเวลาเปลี่ยนไป สภาพบ้านเมือง ตลอดจน
สถานที่ส าคัญที่เกี่ยวกับพระราชพิธีตามโบราณราชประเพณี มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปด้วย เพื่อให้
ผู้ปฏิบัติมีหลักฐานเป็ นแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน แม้ว่าจะหมุนเวียนปรับเปลี่ยนก าลังพลไป ก็
ยังคงมีการปฏิบัติได้ถูกระเบียบสมพระเกียรติ

This document research getting to educate the laws, regulations and
the official practice, pertaining to the patterns and methods of royal prestige system by
the king’s own bodyguard troop including study do research work practice of king’s
own bodyguard troop for seeking the factors that have an effect on marking
/conducting system pertaining patterns and methods of royal prestige system to His
Majesty the King, Her Majesty the Queen and the members of the royal family , lead
the received data to compile and analyse by setting hypothesis that the situations and
the environmental of the country have changed including the king’s own bodyguard
troop have forced to change follows the period of time sphere all the time, have an
affect on the patterns and methods of royal prestige system to His Majesty the King ,
Her Majesty the Queen and the members of the royal family, the laws, regulations ,
and official service practice pertaining patterns and methods of royal prestige system
by the king’s own bodyguard troop must have changing are consistent is appropriate
the situations and the environment. This research is the qualitative research by using the way researches in the
descriptive method by collecting and evaluate analyses the data from research
documents, the relative official documents and from interviewing personals who
perform their duties in now which have an experience in work to dedicates of royal
prestige system. The research result appeared that , getting support the hypothesis
has that to stamp that the situations and the environmental of the country have getting
changed including the personals of the king’s own bodyguard troop which had forced
to change follows period of time sphere all the time have an effect of the patterns and
methods of royal prestige system to His Majesty the King , Her Majesty the Queen and
the members of the royal family when there is the circulation changes the forces
follows the rotation all personals must have training pass on knowledge to the
standardized and also training to create the skill in work practice standardized and
these activities must do by continual be likely for heal the standard all the time , for
dedicating of royal prestige system effective by suitable honor in the fame work.
