Command and Control Warfare (CCW/C2W) is one format of Information
Warfare (IW) that evolution from development of Information Technology (I.T.). Command
and Control Warfare include Psychological Operational, Military Deception, Operation of
Security, Electronic Warfare, Physical Destruction, Intelligence Support and Information
Operation which can decrease or destroy oppositional Command and Control System’s
capability, meanwhile can prevent our Command and Control System’s capability. This
research can introduce to develop and to reform Royal Thai Military Doctrine which
reference from foreign Military’s Field Manual ; FM and Technical Manual ; TM that
outmoded. To consistent with Command and Control Warfare in Information Warfare with
highest efficiency in the future.
The objective of this research is to learn and to analyse about principle and way
of Command and Control System of Command and Control Warfare in Information
Warfare to find means and absolute way to reform Royal Thai Military Doctrine to be
consistent with Command and Control System.The hypotheses of this research are Command and Control System of Command
and Control Warfare in Information Warfare affect to Royal Thai Military Doctrine
nowadays because it can’t respond efficiency operation of Command, Staff and another
units in Command and Control Center and research about Command and Control System
of Command and Control Warfare in Information Warfare will discover means and
absolute way to reform Royal Thai Military Doctrine to be consistent with Command and
Control Warfare in Information Warfare with highest efficiency in the future.
This research is a descriptive research using the secondary data to analyze the
relationship among the variables for testing the hypotheses, and to compile and synthesize
the results in reasonable manner with the corrective facts, and then will propose the
descriptive concept with conclusions and suggestions.
The result of the research can be concluded that it completely supports the
proposed hypotheses. Also it can answer that Command and Control System of Command
and Control Warfare in Information Warfare can’t respond efficiency operation of
Command, Staff and another units in Command and Control Center and research about
Command and Control System of Command and Control Warfare in Information Warfare
can use to reform Royal Thai Military Doctrine.
The result of the research can then define the causes of problems and the ways
to solve them, which are suggestive as follows : there should be reform Royal Thai
Military Doctrine to be consistent with Command and Control System of Command and
Control Warfare in Information Warfare, abreast of the times with Information Technology
and can use with highest efficiency in the future.
