การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร เป็นก าลังส ารองหลัก ในระบบการผลิตก าลังส ารอง ซึ่งใน
ปัจจุบนั ประสบปัญหาส าคญั คือ มีจา นวน นกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๑ ถึง ๓ จา นวนมากกว่าความ
ต้องการ ท าให้ต้องเสียงงบประมาณในการฝึ กสูง โดยเฉพาะการฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหารส่วนเกิน
ในขณะเดียวกนัจา นวนนักศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๔-๕ มีจ านวนน้อยมาก จนปัจจุบันไม่เพียงพอ
ต่อการบรรจุและการใช้ จึงมีความจ าเป็นต้องศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดสาเหตุ ของการขาดแคลน
ดังกล่าว
การวิจยัน้ีเพื่อศึกษาถึงระบบการฝึกนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารในปัจจุบนั และศึกษาถึงปัจจยัที่
มีผลต่อการศึกษาต่อในช้ันปีที่๔ ของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่๓ โดยศึกษาเฉพาะ กลุ่มนักศึกษา
วิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ ซ่ึงเป็นนกัศึกษาวิชาทหาร โรงเรียนมธัยมศึกษาตอนปลายในพ้ืนที่จวัหวดั
บุรีรัมย์ในปี การศึกษา ๒๕๕๐
การวิจยัน้ีเป็นการวิจยัเชิงปริมาณ ทา การวิจยัต่อของประชากรนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั
ปี ที่ ๓ จ านวน ๓๓๓ คน โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จ านวน ๑๘๐คน ผู้วิจัยศึกษาทฤษฎีและวรรณกรรม
ที่เกี่ยวขอ้ง แลว้กา หนดกรอบแนวคิด จากน้นั หาขอ้มูลโดยการทา แบบสอบถามแลว้นา ขอ้มูลมา
วิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใชใ้นการวิเคราะห์ขอ้มูล ใชส้ถิติพ้ืนฐานเพื่อวิเคราะห์ลกัษณะทวั่ ไป ของ
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง และระดับความพึงพอใจของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่,สถิติร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย
เลขคณิต และความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้ค่าสถิติเพื่อการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน ด้วยวิเคราะห์
ความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติ ไคล์สแควร์ ระหว่างปัจจัยต่าง ๆ
ผลการวิจัยได้ทราบถึงระบบการฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ส าหรับตัวแปรที่มีผลต่อการ
ตัดสินใจของ นักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ได้แก่ รายได้และค่าใช้จ่ายในการฝึ กวิชาทหาร ความพึงพอใจ
ต่อระบบการฝึ กฯ สิทธิที่จะได้รับจากทางราชการ,ความพึงพอใจในความเป็นทหาร และความ
ต้องการการยอมรับนับถือ ส่วนอิทธิพลจากบุคคลใกล้ชิด นอกจากน้นั ปัจจยัที่ส าคญั ที่สุด ต่อ
การศึกษาต่อ คือต้องการได้รับความรู้ทางทหารและช่วยให้เป็นผู้มีระเบียบวินัย ปัจจัยที่เป็น
ข้อจ ากัดในการศึกษาต่อ คือเวลาที่ศึกษาวิชาทหาร จะกระทบกับการเรียนในระดับ อุดมศึกษา
ศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ควรปรับปรุงเอกสาร ต ารา เครื่องช่วยฝึ ก และครูฝึ กให้มี
ประสิทธิภาพสูงข้ึน เวลาที่ใชใ้นการฝึกสอนวิชาทหาร ควรปรับปรุงมิให้มีผลกระทบต่อการศึกษา
ในภาคปกติ โดยเฉพาะในการศึกษาในระดบัอุดมศึกษา ซ่ึงนกัศึกษาเห็นว่ามีความส าคญั อย่างยิ่งใน
การใช้ประโยชน์ในอนาคต หากการฝึ กวิชาทหารส่งผลกระทบในทางลบ นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่จะ
ไม่เลือกเข้ารับการศึกษา ควรมีการให้สิทธิพิเศษในการสอบเข้าเป็นนักเรียนทหารหรือการบรรจุเข้า
รับราชการ หากมีการศึกษาในกรณีเดียวกนัควรศึกษาปัจจยัเดียวกนั น้ีกบั นกัศึกษาวิชาทหาร ใน
ช้นั ปีที่ ๔ ต่อไปABSTRACT

The Royal Thai Army prepares the reserve forces for The Royal Thai
Armed Forces. There are five systems of the reserve: Producing, Controlling,
Checking, Training and Using. Training of the reserve officer training Corp’s student
is one of the producing systems. There are a large number of the reserve officers
training Corp’s students in the 3rd year class but the 4th
year class is not enough to
sign in the positions.
The objective of this research is to find the factors that influence the 3rd
year class of the reserve officer training Corp’s students to continue taking for the 4th
year class and to recommend the solution to the units that concern.
The research is conducted only the samples from the reserve officer
training Corp’s students, 3rd
year to 4th
year of the army reserve students, the middle
school students in Burirum Province , year 2007. This is a quantitative research. The population are 330 of the reserve officer
training Corp’s students. The samples are 180 of them. The researcher obtained
secondary data and information from documents, text books and other research
papers. The primary data was obtained by using questionnaires. The
questionnaires are developed before using. The outcome measurements are Budget,
Satisfaction toward training system, the Right from the Royal Thai Army,
Satisfication toward being soldier, Respect and The influence from the others. The
data collection was done through questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive
statistics.
The study shows that the factors causing the reserve officer training Corp’s
students 3rd
year class to continue taking for 4th
year class are as follow. Budget
influenced the decision making to take the 4th
year class. Satisfaction towards
training system influenced the decision making to take the 4th
year class. The
Right from the Royal Thai Army influenced the decision making to take the 4th
year class. The Satisfication towards being soldier influenced the decision making
to take the 4th
year class. Respect from the others influenced the decision making
to take the 4th
year class.
Recommendations are as follow. The training center should approve
their text books ,equipments ,and instructors in order to motivate the the reserve
officers training Corp’s student. Training should not interfere the normal class.
The right to get handicap if they want to join the Royal Thai Armed Forces.
For the next research , the population should be the reserve officers training
Corp’s students, 4th
year class
