Organization administration for receive the success follows the objective of
an organization, one part be from the loyalty of the personnel.The organizational
commitment then is necessary property of member in an organization and be the
attitude of a person that has to give with an organization. The organizational
commitment will affect to the effect of an organization and there is the stability more
than satisfaction in the work.
The objective ofdoing this researches want to study the level organizational
commitment of official of the Defence Industry and Energy Center. The hypothesis
of doing researches as follows .
1. The rganizational commitment of official of the Defence Industry
and Energy Center stay in the average.
2. The different of personal factor affect to the level organizational
commitment to be the different .
3. The different of work affect to the level organizational commitment
to be the different .
Methodology of the research is a descriptive research survey by opinion
questionnaires to get the data from the commission and non – commission officer
in Defence Industry and Energy Center and take the primary data for analysis.
Analysis data result make know that the organizational commitment of official of
the Defence Industry and Energy Center stay in high. The different of personal
factor and the different of work do not affect to the level organizational
commitment to be in different .
The suggestion to strengthen the organizational commitment of official
of Defence Industry and Energy Center as follows
1. Should take a chance to make some activity for addition builds up
friendship good between official such as seminar or sport competition .
2. Encourage the official to receive the expansion knowledge and the
experience in work practice functionally at are responsible for develop the capability
and guarantee the progress in work .
3. Encourage the official to participate in work practice functionally in
the character of the acceptance listen to the opinion from the colleague on the base of
the principle and reasons .
4. Divide commit the work are appropriate ability and knowledge for
cause the pride in work .
5. Commit the justice and the equality for everybody in the meditation to
promote and give official can hope to arrive at the progress in work source post from
the latency in work practice of oneself .
