การศึกษาวิจัยคร้ังน้ีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของศิษย์การบินและ
ครูการบิน ที่มีต่อเอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบการเรียนวิชาด้านการบิน ในโรงเรียนการบิน กองทัพอากาศ
และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นจ าแนกตามประเภทของผู้ให้ข้อมูล ตลอดจนรวบรวมแนวทาง
ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาเอกสารดังกล่าวเพื่อให้มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับการใช้งาน
วิธีการวิจัยใช้การวิจัยเชิงส ารวจ (Survey Research) โดยการรวบรวมข้อมูลทั่วไป
เกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดส่วนบุคคลก าหนดเป็ นตัวแปรอิสระ และข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบ
การเรียนก าหนดเป็นตัวแปรตาม ส าหรับประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ศิษย์การบิน ในปี การศึกษา
๒๕๔๙ และครูการบิน ในโรงเรียนการบิน กองทัพอากาศ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็ นเครื่องมือใน
การรวบรวมขอ้ มูล เมื่อได้รับขอ้ มูลแลว้ก็ไดน้ าขอ้ มูลเหล่าน้นั มาทา การวิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรม
สถิติส าเร็ จรู ปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ SPSS /PC+
(Statistic Package for the Social
Sciences / Personal Computer) สถิติที่น ามาใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วน
เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและใช้ค่า F – test ( ANOVA ) ทดสอบปัจจัยแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระกับ
ตัวแปรตามการวิจยัในเรื่องน้ีปรากฏผลสรุปไม่สอดคลอ้งกบั สมมติฐานที่ต้งัไว้ท้งัน้ีอาจมีสาเหตุ
เนื่องมาจากการเก็บข้อมูลยังไม่ครอบคลุม อีกท้ังการเรียนการสอนจะใช้ภาษาไทย ท าให้ผู้เรียน
สามารถเข้าใจเน้ือหาได้เป็นอย่างดีรวมท้ังในขณะสอนมีการเน้นในส่วนที่ส าคัญ จึงท าให้ผู้ใช้
เอกสารดังกล่าว ไม่เห็นความจ าเป็นที่ต้องอ่านเอกสารฯด้วยตนเอง ส่วนด้านวิทยาการใหม่ๆ ผู้ที่
ยังไม่เคยมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบินไปยังต่างประเทศ อาจจะไม่เห็นความส าคัญ เพราะไม่มีผลกับ
การบินในปัจจุบัน

The objective of this researche is for studying the opinion of the student pilots and
instructor pilots to the documents that use in RTAF Flying Training School and the opinion
comparative separated by the kind of informants including gathering the ways in adaptation and
develop aforementioned documents for the suitability and correspond the usability.
The ways of the research to using manner exploring research (Survey Research) by
data general accumulation about personal details , fixes to be formed variable free and the data
about the documents that used to assemble , the education fixes to be formed variable for the groups
of people who use in this research are student pilots in 2549 academic years and the instructor pilots
in RTAF Fying Training School by using the questionnaire be a tool in data accumulation when
received the data then get those data comes into analysis by using statistics readymade program for
social science research , SPSS /PC+ (Statistic Package for the Social Sciences / Personal Computer)
the statistics that apply in the analysis are percentage value , average , part the standard value
deviates and using the F - test ( ANOVA ) for testing different factors between free variable with
the variable follows.The inclusion of the research for this case be not to respond the setting hypothesis
according to the cause with regards to data saving still doesn't cover , then the education in RTAF
Flying Training School still use Thai , make the student can understand the substances clearly and
while instructed had the repetition in important part then make the users the document is
aforementioned do not see the necessity that must read a document with themselves. For the
innovation science who still never have an experience to the foreign countries might not see the
importance because , there are no result in the flying at the present
