บทคัดย่อ:

ก ค ำน ำ การศึกษาในวิทยาลัยเสนาธิการทหาร สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ เป็นการพัฒนา ศักยภาพด้านการศึกษาและพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารงาน ซึ่งมีประโยชน์ต่อการน าไปใช้ในการ ปฏิบัติงานตามตา แหน่งหนา้ที่และความรับผิดชอบ อีกท้งัยงัมีโอกาสไดรู้้จกักบั เพื่อนร่วมหลกัสูตร ที่เป็นขา้ราชการทหารท้งัสามเหล่าทพั ตา รวจ รวมท้งัขา้ราชการฝ่ายพลเรือน ซ่ึงจะเป็นประโยชน์ ในการปฏิบัติงานในโอกาสต่อไป ผู้วิจัยเคยปฏิบัติราชการ ในต าแหน่งผู้บังคับศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหารมณฑลทหารบก ที่ ๓๑ ในห้วงระยะเวลาหนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็ นห้วงเวลาที่ผู้วิจัยมีความภาคภูมิใจที่ได้มีโอกาสร่วมงานใน การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ซึ่งเป็ นการกล่อมเกลาจิตใจให้เป็นผู้มีระเบียบวินัย มีความเสียสละ อดทน อดกล้นั มีความสามคัคีในหมู่คณะ มีอุดมการณ์ รักชาติ ศาสนา และสถาบนั พระมหากษตัริย์ ซ่ึงเป็นพ้ืนฐานส าคญั ในการเป็นพลเมือง และเป็นกา ลงพลส ารองที่ดีของกองทัพ ั และของประเทศในอนาคต ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ท าการศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ช้ันปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ต่อการฝึกภาคสนาม ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีศูนยก์ ารฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหารมณฑล ทหารบกที่ ๓๑” เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาการฝึ กภาคสนามให้เหมาะสมต่อไป การวิจยัคร้ังน้ี มีข้อจ ากัดในเรื่องของระยะเวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล อาจท าให้ขาดความสมบูรณ์ได้ ความส าเร็จในการศึกษาวิจยัคร้ังน้ี ส าเร็จและบรรลุวตัถุประสงคด์ว้ยความกรุณาของ คุณถาวร ทันใจ นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเสนาธิการทหาร รุ่นที่ ๔๘ พันเอก ฐิติเดช พงษ์สุวรรณ รอง เสนาธิการมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ ที่ปรึกษาสายวิทยาการ พันเอก นรชัย วงษ์ดนตรี อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ซ่ึงท้งัสามท่านไดก้รุณาให้คา ปรึกษาแนะนา ในการทา เอกสารวจิยัทุกข้นั ตอน พนัเอก สุรจติร สุขีเมฆ ผู้บังคับศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหารมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ ได้กรุณาด้านข้อมูล สนับสนุน และ อ านวยความสะดวกในการแจกจ่ายและเก็บข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม ผู้วิจัยจึงใคร่ขอขอบพระคุณไว้ ณ โอกาสน้ี พันเอก (ดุลยกิจ บพิตรสุวรรณ) นักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเสนาธิการทหาร รุ่นที่๔๘ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๐บทคัดย่อ ชื่อเรื่อง : ความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวชิาทหารช้นั ปีที่๓ (ชาย) ต่อการฝึกภาคสนาม ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี ศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ โดย : พันเอก ดุลยกิจ บพิตรสุวรรณ สำขำวิชำ : การทหาร อำจำรย์ที่ปรึกษำเอกสำรวิจัย : พันเอก (นรชัย วงษ์ดนตรี) พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๐ การฝึ กภาคสนามมีความมุ่งหมายที่จะให้นักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ได้น าความรู้ที่ได้รับจาก การฝึกสอนในที่ต้งัปกติตามหลกั สูตรการฝึกไปปฏิบตัิในภูมิประเทศจริง ทา ให้เกิดความเขา้ใจ ตลอดจนสามารถปฏิบตัิไดอ้ย่างเหมาะสมและถูกตอ้ง มีประสบการณ์ สามารถใชค้วามริเริ่ม เกิด ความเชื่อมนั่ ในตนเอง แกป้ ัญหาไดอ้ย่างเหมาะสม อยู่ร่วมกนั เป็นหมู่คณะ รวมท้งัปรับปรุง สมรรถภาพและลักษณะผู้น า ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการน าหน่วยทหารขนาดเล็ก วัตถุประสงค์ของ การวิจยัเพื่อศึกษาระดบัความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่๓ (ชาย) ที่มตี่อการฝึกภาคสนาม ของศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหารมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ ประจ าปีการศึกษา ๒๕๔๙ ที่เกี่ยวกับ หลกัสูตรการฝึก ครูฝึก สถานที่ฝึก ระยะเวลาในการฝึกและเครื่องช่วยฝึก โดยต้งัสมมติฐานว่า นกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่๓ (ชาย) ทเี่ขา้รับการฝึกมีความพึงพอใจต่อปัจจยัดงักล่าวในระดบั ทดี่ ี การวิจยัคร้ังน้ีเป็นการวิจยัเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรไดแ้ก่ นกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ที่เขา้รับการฝึกภาคสนามในคร้ังน้ีจา นวน ๒,๒๑๑ นาย ซ่ึงแบ่งผลดัเขา้รับการฝึกจา นวน ๑๑ ผลัด ๆ ละประมาณ ๒๐๐ นาย ในห้วงวันที่ ๕ – ๒๖ มกราคม ๒๕๕๐ กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) จ านวน ๔๔๐ นาย โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างผลัดละ ๔๐ นาย เครื่องมือได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารช้ันปีท่ี๓ (ชาย) ต่อการฝึก ภาคสนามท้งั ๕ ปัจจยั การวเิคราะห์ขอ้มูลใช้ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานสรุปผลกำรวิจัย ๑. ความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นปี ที่ ๓ (ชาย) ต่อการฝึ กภาคสนามของ ั ศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหารมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ ประจ าปี การศึกษา ๒๕๔๙ โดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับที่ดี ๒. ความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ที่มีตอ่ การฝึกภาคสนามใน เรื่องเกี่ยวกบั หลกัสูตรการฝึกอยู่ในระดบั ที่ดียิ่ง ๓. ความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ที่มีตอ่ การฝึกภาคสนามใน เรื่องเกี่ยวกับครูฝึ กอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ๔. ความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ที่มีตอ่ การฝึกภาคสนามใน เรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับสถานที่ฝึ กอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ๕. ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ที่มตีอ่ การฝึกภาคสนามใน เรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับระยะเวลาในการฝึ กอยู่ในระดับที่ดี ๖. ความพึงพอใจของนกัศึกษาวิชาทหารช้นั ปีที่ ๓ (ชาย) ที่มีตอ่ การฝึกภาคสนามใน เรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับเครื่องช่วยฝึ กอยู่ในระดับดี ผู้วิจัยจะได้น าผลการวิจัยเสนอต่อศูนย์การฝึ กนักศึกษาวิชาทหารมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ และมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๑ เมื่อน าไปเป็นข้อมูลประกอบในการพิจารณาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการฝึ ก ภาคสนามให้เหมาะสมต่อไป ABSTRACT Title : The Satisfaction of Military Students Class 3 (Male) to the Field Training Exercise, Case Study of Military Reserve Center, 31Military Circle By : Colonel Dulyakit Bopitsuwan Field : Military Research Advisor : Colonel (Norachai Wongdontri) May 2007 The aim of field training exercise is to drive the military students received their knowledge from the training in the normal situation to perform the training course in the real field terrain. To make them thoroughly understanding, experience for accurate and suitable performance. They should use the initiative thinking, self- confidence to solve the problems and stay together including improving their efficiency and characteristic leader . All mentioned character will be the most useful for the leading of small units. The objective of the research was done to find out the satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise of Military Reserve Center in 2006 which involving the training course, instructor, site and duration of training and training aids. The assumption set up that the satisfaction of military students class 3 (male who attended this training course) to the mentioned training factors was at high level.This is the quantitative research and the sampling group was 2,211 military students class 3 (male) who attended this training course . The students were divided into 11 turn groups, one group composed of 200 students who were training during 2-26 January 2007 . The sampling groups were 440 students of sample random sampling for group of 40 students . The research instrument was questionnaires to investigate the satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to 5 factors of the training course . The data analysis was done by mean of percentage, mean and standard deviation. : Summary of the research 1. The whole view of satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise, Military Reserve Center, 31 Military Circle in 2006 was at high level. 2. The satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise related to the training course was at very high level. 3. The satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise related to the training instructor was at high level. 4. The satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise related to the training site was at high level. 5. The satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise related to the duration of training course was at high level. 6. The satisfaction of military students class 3 (male) to the field training exercise related to the training aids was at high level. The researcher will apply to result of the research to present to Military Reserve Center, 31 Military Circle and 31 Military Circle to be the additional information for the consideration of the suitable field training development and improvement in the coming future .
