การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีมีวตัถุประสงค์เพื่อ (๑) ศึกษาความรู้และทัศนคติ ของทหารกอง
ประจ าการ ที่ได้รับการศึกษา ตามโครงการขยายโอกาส ทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน (๒)
ศึกษาความเข้าใจและการด าเนินงานของครูประจ ากลุ่ม เกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมการพบกลุ่ม วิธีสอน
และสื่อ ที่มีเวลาจ ากัดในช่วงแต่ละภาคเรียน ตามโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษานอกระบบ
โรงเรียน (๓) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ ของผู้บังคับบัญชา ต่อนโยบายการจัดการ
การศึกษาตามโครงการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน
กลุ่มประชากรตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ประกอบด้วย ทหารกองประจ าการ ที่ก าลังศึกษาปี การศึกษา
๒๕๔๗ – ๒๕๔๙ จ านวน ๑๒๐ นาย ครูประจ ากลุ่ม จ านวน ๓ นาย และนายทหาร
โครงการจ านวน ๓ นาย รวม ๑๒๖ นาย เครื่ องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย
แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมนั่ เท่ากับ ๐.๙๗๔๕ และแบบ
สัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (๑) ทหารกองประจ าการมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อ
การได้รับการศึกษาจากครูประจ ากลุ่ม และผู้บังคับบัญชา มีความต้องการที่จะศึกษา แสวงหา
ความรู้ ให้กับตนเอง (๒) ถึงแม้ว่าจะมีเวลาจ ากัด ในแต่ละช่วงภาคเรียน แต่การด าเนินงานของครู
ประจ ากลุ่ม สามารถตอบสนองนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาได้เป็นอย่างดี มีความรู้ความสามารถ
ในการถ่ายทอดความรู้ มีการจัดกิจกรรมการพบกลุ่มสัปดาห์ละคร้ัง โดยใช้เวลาว่างจากภารกิจ
หลัก วิธีสอนและสื่อ และวางแผนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ (๓) ผู้บังคับบัญชาสามารถให้
การสนับสนุนต่อนโยบายในการจัดการศึกษา รวมท้งั ให้คา แนะน าปรึกษา จัดสิ่งอา นวยความ
สะดวก อาคาร สถานที่ และเวลาที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน

The purposes of this research were (1) to study knowledge and
attitude of Conscripts who take the nonformal education program of the basic
education expansion project of the 21TH
Military Cirele; 103 THArtillery Battalion
And 3
RD Regiment 2
ND Battalion In The Army Area Fort Suranaree (2) to
study and understand the processing of teachers with the group meeting activity,
the teaching method and the teaching media in limited time; ( 3 ) to study the
superiors’ opinion and suggestion to the policy of education provision under the
nonformal education program
.
The sample of this research were collected from 120 Concripts who
graduated during the academic years 2004 – 2006 3 teachers and 3 project
officer of The 21TH
Military Cirele; 103TH Artillery Battalion And 3
RD
Regiment
2 ND Battalion Command In The Army Area Fort Suranaree Command
Instruments used for data collecting were a questionnaire in rating scale form
with the reliability 0.9745 and the interview form. Statistics used for data
analysis were the percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results were the following : (1) Conscripts have better knowledge
and positive attitude to the education provided by the teachers and commanders.
(2) Although time was limited, the teachers were able to process and respond to
the given educational policy. They have good ability to teach, arrange group
meeting weekly on free time from the mission, use teaching method and media
and also make the teaching plan efficiently. (3) The Commanders give good
support respecting to the educational plicy including suggestion, building, facility
and time to study.
