ของชาติของนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ศูนย์การฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ และเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาทัศนคติ
เรื่องการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของสถาบันหลักของชาติ ของนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ศูนย์การฝึกนักศึกษา
วิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13 ขอบเขตของการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ
ท าการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี นักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ศูนย์การฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13
และกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลส าคัญในเรื่องการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของสถาบันหลักของชาติ วิธีด าเนินการ
วิจัย ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจ านวน 378 คน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้เพศและชั้นปี เป็นตัวแบ่ง
ชั้นภูมิในการตอบแบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นเอง และการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างกับ ผู้บังคับการศูนย์
การฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13, ครูฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13,
ผู้อ านวยการกองยุทธการและการการข่าว หน่วยบัญชาการรักษาดินแดน และผู้อ านวยการกองการฝึก
และศึกษา หน่วยบัญชาการรักษาดินแดน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ศูนย์การฝึกนักศึกษา
วิชาทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13 ประจ าปีการศึกษา 2560 มีทัศนคติเรื่องการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคง
ของสถาบันหลักของชาติ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ ดี นักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ศูนย์การฝึกนักศึกษาวิชา
ทหาร มณฑลทหารบกที่ 13 ที่มีเพศ และชั้นปีต่างกันมีทัศนคติเรื่องการเสริมสร้างความมั่นคงของ
สถาบันหลักของชาติแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติ โดยแนวทางในการจัดการฝึกนักศึกษา
วิชาทหาร ควรให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจและปลูกฝังอุดมการณ์ส่งเสริมทัศนคติที่ดีและกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริม
สถาบัน ให้แนวทางในการป้องกันการล่วงละเมิดสถาบันจากการฝึกนักศึกษาวิชาทหาร ให้แนวทาง
การส่งเสริมการเผยแพร่พระราชกรณียกิจ การสอนเกี่ยวกับเรื่องของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง การสอน
การปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข โดยบูรณาการกับสถานศึกษา
ผู้ปกครอง และชุมชน ข้อเสนอแนะ เมื่อได้ผลการศึกษาจากการวิจัยควรมีการศึกษาถึงเนื้อหาสาระใน
หลักสูตรของนักศึกษาวิชาทหารในแต่ละระดับชั้นปี เพื่อพัฒนาปรับปรุงเนื้อหาให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ใน
ปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ

ABSTRACT
Title The development of attitudes towards strengthening the security
of national institutions of Thai Reserve Officer Training Corps students,
Military student training center, 13th military circle

The objective of the research is to study, compare and propose approaches
to develop the attitudes towards strengthening the security of national institutions of
Thai Reserve Officer Training Corps students, Military student training center, 13th
military circle. This is a quantitative and qualitative case study research in Thai
Reserve Officer Training Corps student and the group of key contributors toward
strengthening the security of national institutions conducting at Military student
training center, 13th military circle. Research methodology : the study will be done in
378 subjects and use stratified random sampling by gender and grade. According to
the self-created questionnaire and structured interviewing with the Commander of
Military student training center, 13th military circle, the Commander of the Operation
and Intelligence Division of Territorial Defense Command and the Commander of
Training and Education Division of Territorial Defense Command, the results of
research is that Thai Reserve Officer Training Corps students, Military student training
center, 13th military circle in the academic year 2560 has “Good” attitude towards
strengthening the security of national institutions in overall. There is a statistically
significant difference in the attitudes towards strengthening security of national
institutions between Thai Reserve Officer Training Corps students, Military student
training center, 13th military circlein different gender and age groups. The approaches
in educational management for Thai Reserve Officer Training Corps students should
focus on educating and cultivating ideology and promoting good attitudes and
activities that promote the institutions, providing guidelines about preventing the illintentioned person from violating the Monarchy, promoting the distribution of royal
duties, teaching philosophy of sufficiency economy, teaching the constitutional
monarchy by working with education institutions, parents and communities.
Suggestions: after receive the result of the research, the content of the Reserve
Officer Training Corps Course in each grade should be reviewed in order to revise and
improve the content to keep up with the current situation.
