Title The Persuasion of Thinking Process Toward Usage of Paperless
Office in Response to The Thailand 4.0 National Policy.

The Royal Thai government has set up a new policy of Thailand 4.0 for
the benefit of the country's development by adopting state-of-the-art technology to
drive the management mechanism. As a result, all levels of the organization have to
focus on the paperless office system. The main obstacle of this problem is the
resistance to accepting the new way of working. Therefore, it is necessary to convince
all parts to realize the problem and get ready for the change of improvement.
In order for the operator in all level to accept and willing to implement
this new system. The researcher needs to analyze the process and the ways to
persuading the practitioners to realize and develop themselves into the paperless
office system. The objective is to analyze and identify obstacles of the problems that
prevent the paperless office from being used effectively, as well as suggesting the
process of convincing the mindset that promote the confidence of the system which
needed. And lead to the adaptation of office paperless systems or at least creating
the initiatives. It also recommending the new form of information technology, new
rules and regulations related to proper implementation of the paperless office
technology.
